Bible and missionary lessons are offered on age-appropriate levels each Sunday.
Nursery
Elementary – Ages 5-12
Teen – Ages 13-20
Adult – Ages 20+
Sunday Morning Worship 10:30am
The worship service is our main service of the week and includes the singing of older hymns and newer songs, Scripture reading, offering, prayer time, and preaching. At times, vocal groups or soloists also participate in the worship time. Our worship climaxes with the preaching of a Bible sermon aimed at explaining and carefully applying it to everyday life.
Sunday Grow-up Hour 6:00pm
The evening hour offers a rotating variety of sessions designed to encourage and build up believers. Each week offers something a little different including: Family night offering a Bible lesson and game for kids and adults, Music night when we sing familiar and newer songs; Discussion and testimony night. We also have Teaching and Prayer nights designed to keep our church family close and growing up together.
Home Study Groups
On Wednesdays nights and Friday afternoons, men and ladies groups meet for Bible study in area homes. Topics rotate throughout the year. Call or email us from the “contact us” page to learn more about the current sessions and where they are meeting.
Kid’s Church 10:30am
During the adult worship service, age-appropriate worship is available to children age 10 and below. Parents can be confident that their children are getting quality instruction while the adults enjoy the preaching time. (All children’s workers are screened so that parents can rest secure that children are well-cared for.)
Nursery (available Sunday mornings)
Competent, caring staff provides childcare for children 4 and under during our Sunday morning services. (All children’s workers are screened so that parents can rest secure that children are well-cared for.)
Missions
Continental is committed to sharing the Good News of our Savior’s love around the world. Currently, more than 10% of every dollar given goes to support 11 different families serving in the States and several foreign countries (Columbia, Mexico, Germany, Ghana, Hong Kong, Japan, South Sudan and more). These missionaries serve as an extension of our church in taking the gospel to all the world.
Opportunities
Since we are a newer and growing church, we are excited about the opportunities around the corner as we add new ministries. Our desire is to see are people grow as we reach other together to make a big deal about Jesus. We encourage every attender/member to serve on our team in some way. With your help, we believe the brightest days are ahead for Continental.
